This software offers the following features:

• Issuing and receiving of books can be done manually or with a barcode scanner.
• Bulk import of details of learners, teachers or new books from CEMIS generated lists. This is done by the supplier
• All books available and prescribed by the Department of Basic Education (DBE) are preloaded into the database
• Data such as: amount of books on school, value of books on school, available books per grade or subject is immediately available.
• Data on to whom books were issued (Teacher or Learner) are at your finger tips
• Every single book receives an individual barcode. The full system and methodology of how to do this is included in the package.
• Generating/Printing of invoices to Teachers and Learners (As required by government auditors)
• Printable reports/lists (as required by government auditors) include:
  • Pricelists of all or selected books
  • Books available from DBE for every subject and grade
